There are many different ways that you can treat pain in your stomach and lower abdomen. And in this article we will go over a few ways that you can treat pain in your lower right abdomen.
One of the first things that you can do to treat this condition is to eat foods that are low on acid. Food similar to apple sauce as well as oatmeal can be good for the stomach, but eating foods similar to orange juice or pizza may be to greasy or acidic.
Just make sure that you eat in small increments if you feel as if you might vomit or you feel as if you will not be able to keep your food down over time. Some people often sufferer from the Norovirus or influenza, this is why I suggest to eat in small amounts and not large amounts.
I remember not to long ago I was sick almost all of the sudden and I was vomiting pretty often. What was interesting is this feeling came over me almost all of the sudden, it wasn't like I was sick for a while.
The reason why I mention this is because you never know what can come over you. So being aware of these different types of occurences can be difference between feeling great or having to take frequent trips to your local hospital.
In almost all of my articles I always recommend that you visit your local doctor's office for finding the best solution for your lower right abdominal pain. By consulting with him or her you will get a custom outline of what you need to do treat your personal situation.
Drinking a healthy tea can be a great way to feel good even if your stomach doesn't. I don't recommend anything that has not worked for me, and I can say with the most confidence that green tea works for me when I have abdominal pain.
If you exercise a lot, it is always a good idea to drink just enough water to quench your thirst and do not over drink. Many times it is easy to drink more than what you need to drink, this is why I recommend that you just take few sips of your favorite water to avoid cramping during a workout.
