Understanding Anxiety vs Depression

Anxiety and depression is something different, although equally associated with emotional disorders.

There are similarities between them but there are also differences that make them unique. Knowing more details about the differences and similarities between anxiety and depression are very useful, before asking for help psychiatrists.
